Site Spotlight: Quarterlife.com
by Kate Davey
Quarterlife is a social networking site directed toward people in college and recent grads and boasts a comprehensive section on internships and gigs in the creative community.

Founded by the creators of the Internet show of the same name, quarterlife allows twenty-somethings to meet, communicate and find paid and unpaid work in various creative industries, including music, film and writing. The “Intern Queen,” Lauren Berger, posts internship and job opportunities daily and offers advice on how to make the most out of your internship once you’ve landed one. The site also hosts discussion forums; samples of members’ film, music, photos and writing; and Webisodes of the show.
