We are currently seeking interns for the summer of 2008
FindingDulcinea is seeking Web-savvy interns to work in our New York offices for the summer. We are seeking applicants for positions in writing, research and Web design. These positions are full time and will either be paid or qualify for school credit.
We are interested in candidates that are self-motivated, ambitious and driven as we will rely on them to help us develop new sites and content that will be essential to our company's success.
We are looking for interns in the following areas:
Web site Development
Interns will work with the outreach team to produce several new sites that will focus on sports, travel and trivia. Some interns will also be involved with developing the design of the sites and others will help with research and content production. Candidates with strong backgrounds in web design or writing/research are encouraged to apply.
Writing and Research
Interns will work with the editorial and Web production team and assist with compiling research for all three sections of the site: Web Guides, Beyond the Headlines and Netcetera. Candidates should have an interest in the Web and new media and have excellent Web reseach and writing skills, experience with Lexis Nexis, AP Style. Any interest or experience with Web design or Web production is a major plus.
