Planning a business trip might not have the same appeal as planning a trip to the vacation destination of your dreams, but having access to the right resources can make the travel preparations and the trip itself go more smoothly. With the Web, the business of planning a business trip can be a little simpler.
Business Travel Planning

Dulcinea's Insight
- Web sites dedicated to travel planning can save you the time required to search through airfare, hotel, and car rental Web sites, but they still might not have the best deals. If you have time, it can be helpful to check individual sites.
- Our findingDulcinea Travel Web Guide has advice for various types of travel, from adventure to business, and also highlights some useful travel guides and other travel tips.
- Many major airlines have Web sites with a frequent flier section you can use to check your travel miles.
- All travel insurance policies are not created equal. If you purchase travel insurance online, make sure you understand all of the details of your policy or else find the contact information on the Web site you use so you can speak with a customer service agent.
