The most impressive creations made from popsicle sticks are usually seen in kids’ school projects, but one Dutch man has set a new standard. Robert McDonald, along with the help of over 5,000 school children, built a 15-meter long boat completely out of the versatile sticks of wood. The boat, which took four years to build, is a replica of a Viking boat, and yes, it can sail. In fact, McDonald and his fifteen million sticks recently set sail for London from the Netherlands, and have plans to cross the Atlantic in the future. Watch this incredible creation set sail in this clip from Reuter’s Oddly Enough.
