The secret of many happy marriages is alone time, but writers David Poltz and Hanna Rosin decided to test their tolerance for togetherness. Inspired by a Buddhist couple in Arizona who haven’t been more than fifteen feet apart in the past ten years of their marriage, the couple decided they would try the same thing—for one day.
