Must-see Video: Man Fakes Heart Attack in Court

Desperate times call for desperate measures.

Defending himself against felonious assault charges for the second time, Dayton, Ohio man Keison Wilkins used every trick in the medical book. Hoping for a mistrial, Wilkins faked a heart attack mid-sentence. After being declared in complete health by two trained deputies, an emergency medical technician and a registered nurse, Wilkin remained “passed out” in his chair as the trial proceeded around him. While Wilkins’ dedication to his performance was certainly commendable, his theatricality failed to please the judge, who sentenced him to 42 years in prison.
